VMA's - Paris Hilton (late post)

I especially enjoy the expression on the man sitting behind her. It's as though he started applauding for her, and then, actually catching a glimpse of her, has stopped mid-clap to think, "Sweet cracker sandwiches, what is she wearing?"

Good question, Perplexed Clapping Man. What IS she wearing? Let's take a closer look:

1. Bangs sculpted into a careful homage to Conan O'Brien
2. Wee little bows tried around her wrists like the world's twee-est handcuffs
3. De riguer giant belt
4. A skirt composed of equal parts duck feathers and the rejected scraps from Madonna's "Like A Virgin" costume. When Madonna and Bjork discover this fact, they will put on matching purple leotards and cartwheel over to Paris's house, where they will beat her severely with a sock full of quarters.
5. Black ankle boots, of course. Because what else do you wear with your fluffy white party dress? She's so ROCK AND ROLL! But what else would you expect from a songstress whose album includes the hardcore lines, "Girls and boys are looking at me/I can't blame them cause I'm sexy," or "I'm hot to death and I'm so, so, so sex-ee." I mean, the girls has CHOPS, am I right?

Is it wrong that I sort of just indulged in a fantasy wherein she walked right off the end of the stage, cracked her head, gave herself amnesia, forgot that she was supposed to be busy destroying the very fabric of our nation, and disappeared forever? That's what we're all hoping for, really, right?

ALEXA VEGA: Oh my GOD, I can't believe I'm getting photographed with PARIS HILTON. This is so AWESOME.

PARIS: What are you, person? You remind me of something.

ALEXA: My movie Spy Kids?

PARIS: No! Duh -- I hate science. I think it's... you kind of look like Lindsay Lohan rolling out of some dude's hotel room at seven in the morning.

ALEXA: Dammit, it's the stain on my pants, isn't it? I KNEW it was noticeable.

PARIS: No, that just reminds me of the time I puked all over Nicky's Cyndi Lauper costume.

ALEXA: When you were kids?

PARIS: Yeah, like two whole years ago, and she's STILL mad at it, like, whatever, I don't even REMEMBER anything else about that year. She tried to tell me that I didn't need to bring breath mints out with us on Halloween because it wasn't THAT kind of trick-or-treating, and I got so mad at her for killing my buzz.

ALEXA: That's...

PARIS: But THIS year I'm going as Wayne from Wayne's World. But, like, a sexy man-girl Wayne. The kind with BOOBS. This is most of what I'm wearing. Isn't it hott? You want me.

ALEXA: One time I got to...

PARIS: Hey listen, if I cut off one of your braids, could I smoke it?

ALEXA: What? So now you don't like my...

PARIS: I told Larry King I would be good. It's not illegal to inhale if I'm smoking hair, right?

ALEXA: I can't believe you're allowed to wear a wig and a trucker hat, and you're ragging on me for looking like Pippi Longstocking just discovered the 80s floor at Polly Esther's.

PARIS: Longstocking? What's that, like a body condom?

ALEXA: I'm beginning to think I've made a huge mistake.

The Hottie and the Fuglie

PARIS HILTON: Hello, LOVERS!

NICKY HILTON: I'm just going to look over here.

PARIS: And people think I am NOT SMART. I am smart enough to go out on the drunkiest night of the year with my NAME scrawled in the general area of my area, so if people forget my name --

NICKY: -- or if you forget your own name.

PARIS: TOTALLY. What was I talking about?

NICKY: You're smart enough to prepare for the eventuality of forgetting your own name, or for the very likely possibility of your hook-up being too drunk to remember it, so you purposely wore a dress with it scrawled across your gut in sequins.

PARIS: Oh, right. You sound smart tonight.

NICKY: Just in comparison.

PARIS: Huh?

NICKY: Exactly.

KRISTEN: HI THERE!

HAYDEN: Hey there, Kristen... um... that's an interesting look.

KRISTEN: Let's be friends! We have so much in common. We're both tiny. We're both blonde. We're both wearing black and white. We're THE SAME.

HAYDEN: Not quite the same, maybe, though, huh? For one thing... no offense but I look kind of great.

KRISTEN: But... but I don't look stumpy!

HAYDEN: No, but the ruffle is not good, hon. It looks like a terrible bib.

KRISTEN: What? SHUT UP.

HAYDEN: I'm just trying to help. I see where you were GOING with it, but it just kind of looks like you were sniffing glue one night and decided to use it on one of your little black dresses.

KRISTEN: I don't have to put up with this. I'M GOING TO GET YOU FIRED.

HAYDEN: Good luck with that. What with them saying "Claire is the key" a lot lately and making a whole SLOGAN about how they couldn't save the world without saving me first, well, I am pretty sure they are going to laugh in your face, babe.

KRISTEN: OH, well, THEY WILL COME AROUND. Once I pitch them my promo package where they show clips of me being all sparky while "Electric Youth" by Debbie Gibson plays in the background, I will be the queen of the show and you will be FIRED and I will clean out your trailer myself with this dress.

HAYDEN: That's fitting, since I'm pretty sure the bib ruffle cost you about as much as a rag. Have fun! I'm going to go take some pictures with Milo that will make people think we might be dating, so that we can deny it some more.

KRISTEN: Oh yeah? Well I'm going to go find Evil Sexy Sark because WE are dating ALLEGEDLY and he is way hotter and more interesting, and his fake accent will make the whole world's loins explode.

HAYDEN: You have a point there.

KRISTEN: You will never beat me, little girl. GAME SET AND MATCH to ME. Bib and all.

Leighton Meester Exclusive

The Gossip Girl star gets Dazed

“High school is the worst experience ever,” says Leighton Meester. A funny comment coming from an actress who attended the famed Beverly Hills High (alums include Angelina Jolie, Monica Lewinsky, Lil Romeo, and – natch - Alicia Silverstone and Tori Spelling), went on to star as Blair Waldorf on “Gossip Girl” and appears in the new high school movie Remember the Daze, out this weekend. “I’ve been playing 16 or 17 [year-olds] for quite a few years - everyone does that. Hopefully I’ll be playing that age for a few years. This is way more fun than high school.”
Of course, Blair Waldorf’s idea of fun – testing Jenny Humphrey, toying with Chuck Bass – is quite different from that of Meester’s latest character, valedictorian Tori, who lets loose on her last night of high school. So how much trouble did Meester get in during her teen years? “I’ve had a couple fender benders. And I’d always be out for one reason or another, sometimes working, sometimes ditching.”
Fashion-wise, Meester has more in common with Tori as well. Set in 1999, Remember the Daze has Meester (who in real life loves Alexander Wang, Missoni, Zac Posen, and Chloe Sevigny’s line for Opening Ceremony) in that very late ‘90s combo of a sundress over a baby-tee. “I went through so many phases in high school that I can’t say exactly what my style was. A combination of just rolling out of bed and going to class and kind of defying my femininity by wearing sweatshirts with holes in them, never wearing heels or skirts. Also, all black almost all the time.” Meester, who is blonde in her new movie, also admits to experimenting with her hair color. “I dyed it every color. I dyed it fire engine red and that didn’t work out. It also had it black and red streaks.” (When we later asked Meester about her musical tastes, she kind of had us expecting her to say Ozzy - but alas, her favorite song is “Out on the Weekend” by Neil Young).
Seeing as her actual high school style sounds like the opposite of Blair Waldorf's, we had to ask – What does Meester think about all the headbands? “I love them! I love all of it! Whenever I' getting ready to go on set and I' in the full outfit, that' when I feel like I'm truly the character. [Blair]’s kind of conservative but still has a little edge and wild streak - but very expensive and high maintenance and coiffed. I love the school uniform, and of course headbands are always in style when it comes to the show.” Meester adds, “I have some say. It’s funny because every single time that I go into wardrobe room everything they have I love. So I never get to say no to anything, but I could."
Having survived essentially nine years of high school, Meester leaves us with some sage advice. "I think the biggest thing to know is things aren’t as bad as they seem. Your boyfriend seems like the last one you’ll ever have and the love of your life, your friends and their drama seems so important - but it's not." Unless, of course, your friends are Nate Archibald and Serena van der Woodsen.

Modelling Schools

Why spend $2000 on 'modeling school' if you can learn just by watching TV?

When your mom berates you for watching a ten-hour marathon of America's Next Top Model, she's totally missing how the show is really a form of educational TV. (Sorry, PBS, but it's true!) If you're psyched to become a top model, what could make better sense than taking a cue from people who are actually going through the process - on TV. Here's how the show schooled us in do's and don't for a "go see" which is what we industry types call a try-out for models looking to book a photo shoot.

Lesson 1: Nix the Purple Eye Shadow
Don't put on gobs of make-up before attending an open call. Designers want models who are versatile and can handle a wide range of looks. Plus, you don't know what the designer is looking for, and trust us, it's better not to guess. Just look at Cycle 8's Renee; girl looks like she's 40 when she gets all made up. Stick with a touch of lip gloss and mascara, and lay off heavy liner or foundation. "Make sure they can see your beautiful face," says Paul Wharton, a modeling expert.

Lesson 2: Don't Go Hair Crazy
Every fashion show, shoot, client etc has its own hair stylists. Translation: you won't impress anyone if you roll into a go-see with wild curls, a complicated up-do, or, as Tyra calls it "mall hair." Your hair should be clean and free of product. To draw attention to your features, pull it back. You'll immediately look more professional and mature (just ask Cycle 1 winner, Adrienne). And don't stress about the length. "If an agency likes your look, they really aren't concerned about whether your hair is long or short," says Wharton.

Lesson 3: Back to Basics
Just like with hair and makeup, your clothing should be simple, relatively form fitting, and easy to change out of. Try a basic tank with jeans. Anything laced up or with tons of buttons is more trouble than it's worth, plus it won't look professional to agencies or designers who deal with professional models on a regular basis. This season's Dionne transformed from supermodel to super lame when she opted for a pink sparkly sweater tank. But when she switched to a beater and dark denim for the next judging panel, everyone was all smiles (even Ms. J).

Lesson 4: A Polaroid is Worth a Thousand Words
Not every top model has the cash to score professional headshots, but a Polaroid works just as well. Wharton recommends having a friend take a few basic shots from full body to close-up angles. After all, that's what most of the ANTM contestants sent in, and look how far they've gotten.

Lesson 5: Attitude is everything
When you're meeting the people who hold the reins in a competitive industry like modeling, we can't stress enough how crucial your attitude is. If a designer or agency gets even a whiff of diva behavior, you can count yourself out (We give you Exhibit A: Camille and her 'signature walk' from Cycle 2). The same goes for a lack of confidence. As Wharton says, "If you don't believe you're beautiful, chances are not many other people will either." So suck up your ego, be super-polite and polished, and project confidence without being snobby. And enunciate, Jael!

Back-To-School Styles

We searched the runway for your back-to-school look.

Not sure what your 'look' is going to be for this school season? Don't worry, we feel your pain. Sometimes we're into being super girly, other times we're just dying to be a tomboy and every now and then we even feel like trying out the whole grunge thing like MK Olsen. But if the fall runways are any indication, it seems that this season is all about the prepsters - and we mean in a good way. Forget about the popped up collars, cardigans draped around the neck, ribbon belts and pearl necklaces. Designers have re-invented preppy for us and made it not only wearable but, dare we say it, cool. Lacoste featured striped sweater dresses on the runway, paired with matching berets and cardigans (yes, sometimes matchy-matchy does work.) Alice & Olivia had Peter Pan collar blouses paired with miniskirts and rompers worn over bow blouses. Blugirl took it to the next level with striped tops, full ladylike skirts and quirky accessories like leopard print boots and floral hats. Our pick? Derek Lam, who made his girls look so adorable in their fitted sweaters and high-waisted swinging plaid skirts. Now all you need to do is work on your croquet!

List Of Ghost Whisperer Season Three Espisode

The Underneath
After a near-death experience in which she speaks with her father, Melinda is determined to learn the truth about both him and her alleged brother. First, she turns to her mother, who refuses to speak about the past. Soon after, she encounters a ghost who was killed 25 years ago in a street cave-in caused by a gas explosion that ripped apart the town square. This ghost blames Melinda for the death of his wife, and when a confused Melinda investigates this in the town archives, she discovers that her mother was actually a resident of Grandview and was indeed at the site of the accident. Furious that her mother would keep this information from her, Melinda confronts her and discovers that while her mother was trying to help the newly dead man communicate with his wife right after the accident, a second explosion killed the wife. The whole experience was too much for Melinda's mom, who moved away and ignored her gift from then on. Melinda realizes that the ghost has confused herself for her mother, thus he holds Melinda responsible for his wife's death. Melinda helps the ghost understand that his wife's death was an accident, which allows him to reconnect with his grown daughter and cross over.

Don't Try This At Home
When a student at Rockland University falls into a coma under suspicious circumstances, a rumor quickly spreads that she was a victim of the "Bloody Mary" urban legend. This time around, Melinda is the skeptical one, doubting that the incident is related to the supernatural, but when a second student, a friend of the first, also ends up in a coma, Melinda isn't ruling anything out. After talking to friends of the comatose students and searching for information on the local variation of the myth, Melinda discovers that it is definitely not the ghost from the myth doing the damage, but rather the first--unknown--victim of Bloody Mary. A prank involving the Bloody Mary myth had literally scared a student with a dangerous heart defect to death, and as a result she comes back to take revenge on those she thinks are responsible for her death. Once Melinda is able to communicate with this elusive ghost, she explains what happened, helps the ghost cross over and brings the comatose students back to consciousness.

Haunted Hero
When Jim and Melinda's army friend, Matt, returns from Iraq as a wounded hero, it quickly becomes obvious that he's returned with spirits attached to him. Initially, Melinda isn't sure who these spirits are, but she soon learns that they are his fallen comrades, men in Matt's squad killed in the same ambush in which he was wounded. Because there was so much confusion during the ambush, Matt feels that he may have abandoned his men, and when a video of the incident surfaces and opens an investigation, it appears to confirm that Matt did indeed desert them. However, once Melinda is able to communicate with Matt's men, she learns that they've attached themselves to him to ensure that the truth is told: that Matt went on a suicide mission to distract the insurgents so his men could escape. Matt's plan worked, but when his men went to move, they accidentally ignited an IED, leaving Matt as the sole survivor. Once they're able to share their story with Matt and help close the investigation, the dead soldiers cross over.

No Safe Place
Melinda encounters a man, Shane, who is haunted by the ghost of Colleen, who he claims stalked him when she was alive. However, Melinda quickly discovers that the stalker was actually Shane, and he had made Colleen's life a living hell. Colleen has attached herself to Shane in hopes of putting him through the same misery she suffered before she died. As Melinda gets involved in an attempt to help Colleen cross over, Shane becomes obsessed with Melinda and begins stalking her. Hampered by vague stalking laws and restrictions, the authorities can't do much to help Melinda, so she and Colleen hatch a plan to get Shane out of their lives. They are able to collect proof that Shane was stalking Colleen, and they anonymously distribute it to all his friends and colleagues, outing him for the evil person he is. This helps Colleen cross over, but the humiliation is too much for Shane to take. He kills himself to reach Melinda as only a dead man can, but when his ghost contacts her, he is pulled underground by a mysterious force.

Weight Of What Was
Gabriel makes contact with Melinda for the first time since her near-death experience. Still angry and confused over his role in her accident, Melinda doesn’t want anything to do with him, but he claims that he is her brother, and he needs her help in finding their father. Skeptical of Gabriel’s motives, Melinda is unwilling to take any of this on faith, but she does accept a package of family keepsakes. After inspecting the keepsakes, Melinda is visited by a ghost, Tessa, who was killed 150 years ago after being accused of performing witchcraft that led to the deaths of many people in a church fire. Melinda investigates further in the town archives and discovers that part of the town had been buried to erase this dark piece of history. She then finds a door hidden in the archives leading to a series of tunnels that guide her through the buried town under Grandview to the church where all the deaths took place. At the church, Melinda sets the record straight: a disease killed the people, not Tessa’s ability to see ghosts and foresee the deadly outcome, which the town believed was witchcraft. Before Melinda can get Tessa to cross over, a very dark and powerful spirit appears, forcing Melinda to flee. On her way out, the tunnel collapses, trapping her in a small air pocket. While Melinda struggles to get free, her father and Tessa appear, and her father explains that Tessa is actually Melinda's great-great-great-grandmother, and that Melinda needs to understand the extreme forces that exist in Grandview. Meanwhile, Jim, Delia and Payne frantically search for Melinda, and just as she is about to run out of air, Jim breaks through and saves her.

Double Exposure
Melinda works to discover the identity of a ghost haunting Claudia, a photography professor. Initially, she believes the ghost to be Kevin, Claudia's former student, who had died in a car accident. After further investigation, Melinda learns that Claudia had an affair with Kevin. His girlfriend, Sophie, discovered the affair and tried to drown herself. Kevin learned of Sophie's suicide attempt from a video she sent him moments before she supposedly drowned. This leads Melinda to believe that Sophie's spirit is seeking revenge on the woman who had stolen her man. However, Melinda then discovers that Sophie is still alive and that Kevin is the ghost haunting Claudia. After he saw Sophie's video, Kevin raced to the beach to try and save her and ended up in a horrible car accident. Not knowing that Sophie was alive, Kevin then tormented Claudia, who he blamed for Sophie's "death" because of their affair. Once Melinda is finally able to get Sophie, Claudia and Kevin’s spirit together to sort out their love triangle, Kevin is able to cross over.

Unhappy Medium
Famous author and medium Casey Edgars comes to Grandview to help a family, the Drakes, find their missing daughter, Sydney. Melinda meets Casey and immediately pegs him as a fraud when he fails to notice a mysterious spirit attached to him. Casey insists he is led by spirit guides and assures the Drakes that Sydney is alive. However, Melinda discovers that the mysterious ghost is actually Sydney, who demands that Melinda get Casey to tell the Drakes the truth, that she is actually dead. When Melinda passes this information on to Casey, he refuses to believe her. For each to prove what they believe to be true, the two decide to work together to discover the real truth, and they collaborate to find Sydney's dead body in a remote part of the woods. Now involved in a murder investigation, the pair continue to investigate, and eventually they discover that Sydney had been suffering form a drug addiction. Sydney's sister, Nikki, and her boyfriend had tried to break her addiction by kidnapping her and forcing her to go cold turkey against her will. Unfortunately, Sydney escaped from the remote cabin where she was being held and got lost in the woods, where she died. At Sydney's request, Melinda and Casey pass this on to the Drakes, and when she's sure that Nikki won't be blamed for her death, Sydney crosses over.

Bad Blood
When Delia sells a haunted house to a father and daughter, Steve and Marlo, Melinda must determine who is haunting the house and why. At first, Melinda thinks it must be Liz, Steve's wife and Marlo's mother, who had died in a fall from a cliff while hiking. Steve had a chance to save Liz, but Marlo slipped and Steve had to save her instead, leaving Liz to fall to her death. This left both Steve and Marlo feeling very guilty, and once they moved into their new house, Steve and Marlo begin acting strangely and aggressively toward each other. Payne and Melinda discover that the house is haunted by Vivian and Matt, who are using Steve and Marlo's guilt to oppress them, forcing them to reenact the sick game of betrayal, guilt and paranoia that took over their own lives and ultimately led to their death. Now just pawns in Vivian and Matt's game, Steve and Marlo try to harm each other, but Melinda is able to get them out of the house and break the spell before it is too late. Once out of the house, Steve and Marlo are visited by Liz, who assures them they should not blame themselves for her death and that they both did what they had to do. Once their guilt is gone, Liz is able to cross over, and Steve and Marlo move on.

All Ghosts Leads To Grandview
Melinda becomes a mentor for a young girl, Becca, who shares her ability to see ghosts. Melinda and Jim discover Becca living alone in the woods and go on to find out that she ran away from home, traveling over a thousand miles by bus, until she was compelled to stop near Grandview. They contact her grateful parents, who catch the next flight out to pick her up. This allows little time for Melinda to help Becca understand her “gift” and help cross over Daniel, a young boy who has been haunting her and needs her help finding his dead parents. Ultimately, Melinda helps Becca overcome her fear and cross over Daniel and his parents. However, she then discovers that Gabriel has been using the ghosts as pawns to lead other ghost whisperers to Grandview so that he can recruit them to his side.

Holiday Spirits
Melinda attempts to cross over a ghost who is convinced he is Santa Claus and who is haunting a workaholic father. The overworked man, William Taylor, recently discovered that he may not be the biological father of his son, Riley. William had been abandoned by his own father, and has been keeping Riley at arms length pending paternity test results. After researching several dead-end theories, Melinda discovers that the Santa ghost is actually William’s father, Alan. Alan was a successful entrepreneur until he had a nervous breakdown and gave everything away to kids, ala Santa Claus. Alan had always regretted abandoning William, and after explaining how he can break the cycle, William heeds Alan’s advice and never looks at the paternity test results. He fully accepts Riley as his own. In the end, Alan chooses not to cross over, but to continue to do good deeds as a Santa ghost.

Slam
Melinda and Ned work together to cross over the ghost of a student at Ned’s school. The ghost, Travis is trying to protect his sister, Lucy, from beyond the grave. Lucy, who is gay, had been involved in a complicated love triangle with Brad and Krista, the most popular couple in school. Before Travis' death, Lucy and Krista had been exchanging anonymous intimate emails, and he was scared that if the school discovered Lucy was gay it would ruin her life. When Lucy received an email saying it was time for her and Krista to meet, Travis made Lucy let him meet with Krista to end the whole thing. However, Brad showed up instead, trying to save his own relationship, while Travis assumed it was all a prank set up to out Lucy. Travis attacked Brad, who restrained him and accidentally slammed his head into a wall. The injury led to his death. While Brad had no idea who he would be meeting, Travis’s ghost still thought it was all a prank and terrorized Brad and Krista at school. He inadvertently makes life difficult for Lucy, who is blamed for his “pranks.” When Melinda is able to get Travis to communicate with his family, he crosses over after realizing that his death was an accident. He also discovers that Lucy doesn't need to be protected from being gay, but that she needs to be supported in her lifestyle.

First Do No Harm
Jim must make a split second decision while trying to rescue two men from a burning building, and is forced to leave one of the men to die as the building collapses. Though there was nothing he could have done to save the man, Jim feels the death was his fault, and thinks the ghost is haunting him. Meanwhile, Melinda starts to communicate with the ghost of the man Jim tried to save, only to find out that it’s a different ghost altogether. Jim’s "ghost" has already crossed over. Melinda learns that the ghost, who appears to be in his thirties, is haunting a nurse, Jessica, at the hospital where he claims she murdered him. After further investigation and communication with the ghost, Melinda discovers that the nurse had indeed ended the man’s life. It turns out that the ghost was actually an old man with end stage Alzheimer’s, who had become like a father to Jessica. He was in such pain that he’d begged her to end his life when he could no longer deal with it. Once dead, his ghost was confused and took his younger form. Once Melinda gets them to communicate they both come clean and the ghost is able to cross over.

Home But Not Alone
Ned thinks his girlfriend, Lisa, might be haunted by her overprotective dead father, and asks Melinda to help her. Melinda discovers that Lisa, and her sister and brother, are actually being haunted by their overprotective mother, who before she died of cancer, instructed her minor children to not tell anyone about her death. She told them they would be split up as a family by social services if her death was discovered, so they hid it from the town.

The Gravesitter
When blogger Justin Yates is discovered to be vandalizing Melinda’s shop, Melinda starts to investigate Justin and his bizarre behavior. At one point in their complicated history Justin had threatened to expose her work with ghosts on his blog, but decided that he would keep quiet if she would one day return the favor. Now that he is acting out against her, Melinda is scared that Justin may have changed his mind. Melinda confronts him about the vandalism and discovers that he is suffering from a brain aneurism that could kill him at anytime. She also finds out that Justin had been involved with a girl, Julie, who had died years before when their boat capsized. Justin had had a potential opportunity to save her, but was uncertain if he could make it, so he decided to save himself. Justin deeply regrets this, and tells Melinda that he wants her help finding Julie after he dies, so he can make things right. However, when Justin does die Julie appears to him, and convinces him to come with her toward the dark side, underground in old Grandview. It turns out that Julie had caused the boat accident in order to try and collect an insurance settlement, and had just been using Justin so she could pin the whole accident on him. Melinda must convince Justin that Julie is evil and get him to cross over in to the light.

Horror Show
Professor Payne asks Melinda to set up a family friend, Kylie Sloan, with a job, as she’s been struggling to pay her way at Rockland University since losing some scholarships. Payne thinks she’s been having problems at school because she’s haunted, which is another reason he wants Kylie and Melinda to work together. They quickly learn that she is indeed haunted, and they initially suspect the ghost is her brilliant, scholarly father. That theory gives way when they discover that Kylie is being haunted in a similar fashion to several horror movies, making them think the ghost is a horror film fan. They later find out that Kylie was actually working on a horror film with a young man, Toby Bates, who had died while setting up a scene for their movie. Kylie had missed that day of filming and blamed herself for his death, but Toby’s ghost didn’t feel that way at all. All he wanted was for her to finish the film they were working on, and to follow her passion for horror movies.

Deadbeat Dad
Professor Payne reunites with his ex-girlfriend, Nina, who is presumably in Grandview on business. After they go out, Payne is surprised to discover that Nina has a brilliant young son, Elliot. After some quick math, Payne deduces that the boy may actually be his son, a theory that Nina quickly confirms. She tells him she never knew how to tell him about Elliot, but now she needs his financial help to get Elliot in to a school for the gifted. Melinda, feeling something isn’t quite right, does some sleuthing and discovers that Elliot is not Payne’s son, and demands that Nina tell Payne the truth. Busted, Nina comes clean, but insists that the money really is for Elliot’s education. Throughout all of this, Payne’s dead wife, Kate, comes back to haunt him, demanding that they address their unfinished business so she can finally cross over. Ultimately, Payne forgives his wife for cheating on him in life, she forgives him for putting off having a child, and he decides to help Elliot with school, despite Nina’s deception.

Strangehole
Melinda finally reunites with her father, Tom Gordon, after a long search and under suspicious circumstances. While searching for him she discovered he was a prosecutor in Grandview before he disappeared, and a spirit led her to a case he had prosecuted that involved the murder of a young boy, Michael. Tom had convicted the man who found the body, Paul Eastman, of the murder, sending him to prison where he escaped during a fire. However, before finding out that her father was in town, Melinda, led by clues left by the mysterious spirit, had approached Michael’s family hoping to get information from them about her dad. When she met with Michael’s mother she discovered that his ghost was still living with her, and that she was well aware of it. Melinda tries to convince Michael to go in to the light, but Mother and son are happy with the way things are. Melinda then discovers that Michael wasn’t murdered at all, that he had died after falling from a tree. After confronting Michael about it, he tells Melinda that Paul had found his body because Paul was also a ghost whisperer. Michael had told him where to search, and because of that Paul went to prison an innocent man. Knowing her father has been on the run for a long time, Melinda then assumes that he was running from Paul, who was hunting him to seek revenge. After getting Michael to cross over, Melinda rushes to find her father to warn him about Paul, but when she gets to his hotel it appears that she's too late. To be continued...

Pater FamiliasContinued from the previous episode, Melinda bursts in to Tom Gordon’s hotel room, where it appears that he has attempted to take his own life. Tom is rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but survives. Melinda, still working under the assumption that Paul Eastman is seeking revenge for being wrongly convicted of murder, figures that Tom had been possessed by Paul during the suicide attempt. However, when she confronts Paul and asks him to leave Tom alone, Paul leads Melinda to his own body, which is buried in the house Melinda grew up in. This leads to even more questions about Tom’s involvement with Paul and as Melinda peels away the layers of lies Tom has told her she finally learns the horrible truth. It turns out that Melinda’s mother had been madly in love and engaged to Paul when he was accused of murder, which was how she met Tom. After Paul was convicted, she explained to Tom that she and Paul could see ghosts, and that’s how he had found the little boys body. Tom, who turns out to be a total sociopath, promised to help get Paul out of prison, but secretly did nothing to help Paul so he could endear himself to Melinda’s mother and eventually marry her. When Paul finally escaped and confronted Tom at his house, Tom killed him and buried him in his basement. Topping it all off, Melinda discovers that Tom isn't even her father, but that Paul Eastman is.

PARIS: HEY! HELLO! TAKE MY PICTURE!

NICKY: Hey! I look cute back here, and I'm, you know, the designer, so maybe you might want to have me in the forefront of --

PARIS: How is that angle? Is that angle working for me? Do I pop in this red? I really do, don't I?

NICKY: Um....hello? Do I have to just...strike a pose at random back here? Do I have to remind everyone that this is my night! IT'S MY NIGH --

PARIS: Don't you just LOOOOVE my half-gloves? I know it's like 90 degrees today and it's March and it's Los Angeles, and even Lindsay Lohan tossed these out at some point in January, but I thought I should support my sister by showing up wearing the most plentiful and obnoxious accessories available so that people would be looking at ME in case the clothes were like really terrible and ugly. I was going to wear those crazy-ass Kanye West venetian-blinds-style sunglasses, but I accidentally drove over them with my car on the way here, along with Benji's foot. WHOOPSIE!

NICKY: I would LIKE IT if someone would, for once, pay attention to m--

PARIS: I'm also planning on wearing this red to her wedding one day. DON'T TELL.

NICKY: I'm planning on killing her one day. Don't tell. Oh, wait: no one is listening to me anyway.

Paris Hilton Presents The Search For Paris Hilton's New Best Fug Starring Paris Hilton

You know, I am someone whose opinion of celebrities is not terribly hard to change. I get sick of people I used to like (Katherine Heigl) and decide that I kind of dig people I used find annoying (Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz -- I can't help it, he seems funny). I start to have sympathy for people I used to be sick of (Jessica Simpson) and I get bored of people having the same old problems all the time (Jennifer Aniston). But I have never thought to myself, "you know, I was wrong about that Paris Hilton. She's totally misunderstood." She's wearing a wreath of plastic flowers. On her head. At night. To a club. With that dress. And accessorized with yet another expression of Serene Love and Devotion. Even Benji Madden looks embarrassed.

Well Played, The Smiths

WILL: God DAMN, we are hot.

JADA: Hell yeah, baby.

JADA: Not to mention dappertasticness.

JADA: Brangelina WHO?

WILL: TomKat WHAT?

JADA: Asslete? NICE TRY.

WILL: Davitoria Spiceham? I THINK NOT.

JADA: DAMN RIGHT.

WILL: Get back to me when THEY own July 4.

JADA: They would have to buy it off you for $100 million.

WILL: This town is OURS.

JADA: We are FINE.

WILL: Drink it in, Hollywood, because you are about to go on the 21-Day Smith Cleanse!

JADA: Next up: taking over the Hollywood Bowl with my band!

WILL: ... Okay, let's not talk crazy, now. Maybe let's just keep looking fly.

JADA: Oh yeah? Well, just remember who classes up your plaid ass.

WILL: Brad Pitt wears vests that match his suit.

JADA: And how did THAT go for him?

WILL: Point taken. Game, set, and match to my lady.

JADA: Damn skippy.

The Mystery In Malandrino

Daring. Desirable. Distinguished. Catherine Malandrino understands the importance of seduction. Her collections never fail to embrace the vivacious energy of Manhattan and the subtle romance of Paris. A bohemian influence is evident in many of Malandrino's designs, as she garners inspiration from her worldly adventures. She is well known for creating the American flag dress, which was exhibited at the Fashion & Textile Museum in London. Wearing a Malandrino creation can make even the shyest girl the center of attention. To add some sizzle, adorn yourself with a dress from her spring/summer collection. You'll be the fiesta. It's worth every penny.

Brand New 'Bling H2O'

The picture is kind of blur right.
But hey, that's the only picture I can find in the WORLD WIDE WEB.
So a big thanks to me. I've really worked very hard.
Read the descriptions:

Bling h2o is produced through a nine step purification process that includes ozone, ultraviolet, and micro-filtration. It's fabulous, ultra luxe and a status symbol. Sounds like a celebrity right? I think bling water is, in it's own way. Stock up on bottles of Bling for your next fete.

How To Shop At Forever 21

I can't stand shopping in store at Forever21. too many clothes, too many colors, and way too many shoppers. There is no room to breathe nor think. But, I love the clothes none the less and adore the online store. Always up to the minute, Forever21 is where I go to stock up on things I know won't last but just have to have. There are several things to keep in mind while shopping at Forever21 or any high street store.

Things To Keep In Mind:
When in doubt, buy black. Any other color will look cheap, believe me.
Don't buy a garment that already has any lose threads or any type of damage. If it can't hold up on the rack it definitely will not hold up after a wild night out.
With that in mind remember that these garments won't last for more than two seasons.
Look for the right fabrics, try to find cottons, silks and merino wools. They're the most comfortable fabrics and look much better than their artificial counterparts.
Stock up on costume jewelry. They have a great selection.

Summer Chic

Monochromatic color schemes are always chic and in fashion. Vertical lines are lengthening and slimming, and with bright fresh colors, you cannot go wrong. Of course, the gladiator sandal is still amazing; pair those with a flirty dress for perfect balance.

Casual Luxury Featuring Royal Plush

Glamorous active wear is hard to come by but I found a company that fits the bill. Royal Plush is a new lounge/active wear company that caters to stylish yet luxurious tastes. Royal Plush ensures that you feel just as fabulous in your sweats as you do in that Galliano gown. What makes Royal Plush absolutely out of this world, hands down, are the fabrics used in the production of the garments.
From cashmere to merino wools the suits and separates feel blissful when you slip into one. Royal Plush is a celebrity favorite and there is no question as to why. RP is definitely a must-have for girl who wants to look wicked at the courts as well as stylish and yet relaxed while running errands. So the next time you're rushing out the door, simply throw on your Royal Plush sweat suit, over-sized sunglasses and some lip-gloss and prepare to feel glamorous. Royal Plush is now available at Bloomingdales but if you can't make it to N.Y., the collections are available online at http://www.royalplushclothing.com/.

British Fashion Scenes By Vanessa Lee

Sonia Rykiel, Vivienne Westwood and Luella are providing 'original and punk chic' outfits which are being worn with leather ankle boots and Indian headbands. Costume is being worn to the local supermarket and harlequin is the everyday look.

London's fashion scene consists of more than Agyness Deyn and floral prints from Kate Moss's collection at Topshop. Amongst the crowds are a stylish few who present quirky classic looks to extravagant detailing in their everyday outfits. From vintage to designer, London's fashionistas are changing the way we look at fashion through their personal style.
The Vintage Lover, London is the heart of Vintage and with a few gems like Rokit and Beyond Retro, its not easier than ever to buy one off pieces without a designer price-tag. Even high-street stores are tapping into the magic with 'Bazaar' sections in Topshop and Urban outfitters dedicated to sourcing out the best pieces around.
Looking for a decadent brocade Victorian number with neon frills? Stumble through Covent Garden and find yourself a cute number for less than a tenner in Loewy vintage store.Maybe some authentic cowboy boots with lace detailing, head over to a vintage fair taking place at earl's court.

As Balmain is taking New York by storm, London's trendiest women are dressing in Herve Leger with a touch of Miu Miu. Tight body-con dresses for evening, high hem lined babydoll chic for day. Who said afternoon tea couldn't be glamourous? Combined with a cute cropped leather jacket, a pair of silk pumps from Lanvin and an oversized clutch from Zara, Londoners are dressing in flea-market chic with vintage tea dresses and birdcage necklaces from Miss Selfridges.

The Glamour Puss, from Mayfair to Knightsbridge London is just as well dressed as any other city, and with old money comes effortless style. The residents of high-rising penthouses are decking themselves out in a assortment of jewels, gold jewellery is finding itself cluttering wrists, necks and fingers. Jewellery is becoming the new pair of Manolos adding personal touches to every outfit.

The bargain hunter, from Primark or 'Primarni' as its being titled to H&M, fashion has never been so cheap and a small army of woman are learning that looking good doesn't necessarily mean splashing out at Comme de Garcons to look like Carrie Bradshaw, with tiered dresses at Primark for £8, gladiator flats at H&M for £10 and jewellery at Oasis for a few pounds, why dent the bank account?

Combining high-street with cheap bargains, the look achieved is casual but collected, unique but budget and most of all effortless, after all why would anyone need to hesitate about spending £15 on a entire outfit? The extravagant icon, from Maison Betaux's secret hideout store in soho to Vivienne Westwood's affordable red label, girls are throwing all concerns out the window and strutting round brink lane in couture, well as close as.

So, to sum up London's looks there are four types of girls:

- The quirky waif girl dressed head to know in clothes which haven't seen daylight but manage to look wearable.
- The sexy but proper lady with the Chanel 2.55 under one arm and Vogue on the other
- The girl with the fabulous wardrobe and a lot of more cash to spend
- Last but not least the beauty who turns heads with her shockingly thrown together look which makes Patricia Field green with envy.
